I think that will be possible as all the translation work should be coordinated by the mindfactory team. That means everybody who wants to help should tell this to the team and they will tell him if there is already a group working on this language. Then he can join this group instead of creating a new one.
I think they will offer only one version for each language on their website.

I am just wondering [not to say "worrying"] if it would be possible to make such a team of translators. Is there any possiblity to make, um, a link between people with same language? For example, I could [and I am going to] make a little simple site about "Broken Sword 2.5 Polish Translation", but how could I make sure it is viewed/visited by right people?
I mean, let's say there are 20 people for now, willing to make Polish version as soon as BS 2.5 comes out. How can I/we prevent situations like "3 independent groups of 6-7 translators not being aware of existence of each other"?
I am not sure if it's understandable, but I hope you can "extract" the meaning from this pile of words :)

Thank you, Chris, for your application. It's true, that I work on the polish website. And I hope to get it back online pretty soon. These days I have a lot of private things to manage, that's the reason why I haven't updated the polish website yet.

After the game release, we'll offer all people around the world to translate our game into their native language. We'll demand all possible translators to build work groups of at least 5 people each group. So we hope to reach a high quality level.

And finally we are going to release those translations on our website. So our website will be the best possibility to get a well translated game.

I can offer you to add your eMail address to our database. So you'll get mail from us, when the game development is finished.

BTW - I know that the game is going to be "translatable" [uh, lack of a better word], but I thought it would be nice to release multilanguage version; and making the game translatable this way may result in many poor quality translations submitted - made by fast "dorks", who just want their translation to be first...

I am Chris ;) Thomas Anderson is just my nickname (ten points for person who can guess from where did it come), not real name. I'm male, adult, Polish. I think this will be all personal info by now. :)

I wanted to write concerning two cases. Firstly, I wanted to know if there's any help needed in developing English version of the game. When playing the demo, I discovered a few [minor] typos, such as missing dots at the end of a sentence and so. That could/should be fixed. But, I suppose, You've got way too many offers like that to bother with mine. This is obvious :)

And second case. Are you planning to make Polish version of the game? Of course, I mean 'cinematic' version - English (German? :/ ) voices, Polish subtitles. If so, it would be great pleasure for me to help you with this one.
You know, living for almost 20 years I was always dreaming about participating / translating a real, professional computer game. "Hex-editor fun" with freewares (like Liero, for example) does not count, of course.

And last, but not least, is there going to be any Polish version of this website soon? I know that Tooms is working on it... but for now there's nothing known/visible about this.
