Original Hotel Ubu pictures - changed ?

Ive seen on a few websites pictures from Broken Sword 2.5 of the hotel ubu, only there is a woman and kids outside.. was this an old idea you had and then decided to take it out ? if so can you please tell me what the idea was ? :-)

also if they are any other things like this, ideas you started but then changed your mind. please let us know !!
