Hello, new over here... and stuck in demo

I just downloaded the demo yesterday, and I got stuck... so if you could help me a little, give me any tips, or tell me just what I have to do next... I have the room key, the soap cut into pieces, the glass full of laxative that the guy in the bar left when he hurried towards the bathroom, and a needle. So, I don't have ANY idea what I can do next, and I have tried everything... and nothing works, no possible combination of objtects works any more.
Besides, I'd like to say I'm new over here, I'm a great fan of the BS series, and I've played them all so far... and looking forward to playing this new amazing, fan-made game. So, little more to say about me... Spanish 18 year-old student... anything you want to know, just tell me!
