You have to convince the pharmacist that you actually have a condition that would bring on the need for laxatives. You might wanna check the items in your inventory again for suggestions how to to achieve that.

What have I got to do to take the laxatives?

I've got the soap cutted, the needle, the key and the newspaper, and I've fought with Mike but I loose.
