If that was your question: yes, they are still working on it. At least they're very cleverly pretending. However, at the time being there is no release date other than "when it's done".
Just have a look at the English version of the website; there you will find updates. The French site does not seem to be updated (I don't know why. Perhaps they don't have someone who has the language skills and the time).
